(Event Operations)
We collect basic contact information (name, email) for registration and event communications. We also collect photo submissions (“selfies”) to verify on-site participation.
Photo Handling
- At every stop, a selfie is required to unlock the next clue.
- We randomly retain 1–2 mid-route selfies per player for audit, plus the final selfie for prize verification.
- All other mid-route selfies are deleted immediately after basic checks.
- We do not sell personal data.
Marketing Consent
We request separate, optional consent for promotional use of photos. Declining marketing consent does not affect eligibility or verification.
Data Access & Retention
Retained audit photos and the final winning submission may be stored up to 30 days for verification and compliance, then deleted unless legally required to retain longer.
